Sparring night SUCCESS

Last week saw Bushin MMA host a night of sparring, with standup, grappling and submissions. Both kids and adult classes took part in the event and all students showed great courage and respect whilst on the mats. The Bushin team is looking strong, we couldn't do it without you!
