Bushin have proudly teamed up with the Hertfordshire University MMA team and are now coaching once a week at the Howe Dell Community Centre. An hour of Thai Kickboxing followed by an hour of BJJ with a thoroughly great turn out and some fantastic techniques taught by the Bushin coaches, James and Dom.
